Common questions

The bot uses pure computer vision: it reads pixels on your screen like a human would, with zero memory reading, no DLL injection, and no packet manipulation. This is fundamentally different from traditional bots and dramatically reduces detection risk. No method is guaranteed undetectable, and use is at your own risk. See our Terms of Service.
Each license key is hardware-locked to one machine on first launch. You can reset the binding once every 7 days from your dashboard under Hardware Binding.
We currently support 24+ classes with dedicated YOLOv8 models trained on each class's skills and animations. New classes are added with every update. A full up-to-date supported-class list is coming soon.
Most likely. On Windows 10 or 11 (64 bit) you need an Intel Core i3 (8th gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 3 (3000 series or newer) or Intel N100, and 4 GB of RAM. A Core i5 or Ryzen 5 from 2020 on with 8 GB of RAM runs it best. On a Mac you need Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) and macOS 14 or newer. No graphics card is needed. Celeron and Pentium Silver laptops can start it but react too slowly to play well. Since version 1.7.1 the Windows app switches to a Light mode by itself on slower PCs so the game stays smooth, and you can pick Light or Normal under Performance in the bot settings.
A language model running on your own PC, for example Ollama or LM Studio. You enter its address and model name in the bot settings. It is off by default, and what other players type never leaves your computer. The Kerning party quest mode is experimental and off by default too.
Register a free account on the dashboard, download the bot installer, and run it. The free plan gives you 1 hour per week to try everything. Upgrade any time to unlock unlimited access.
We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, XMR) through a third party crypto payment processor, and PayPal. Prices are in US dollars. Your account falls back to the free tier automatically, with 1 hour per week and all core AI features. Your config and license key are kept, so you can renew from the dashboard whenever you're ready.
Something on your PC or network is blocking the connection. First turn off HTTPS or web scanning in your antivirus and start the bot again. If it still fails, set your DNS to 1.1.1.1 (then run ipconfig /flushdns in a command prompt) or try your phone's hotspot. Still stuck? Email support with the exact error text.
